3 Dial-in Note Services for Your N95

POSTED BY Jack on Mar 29 under N95 Software, N95 Usage

There times (seemingly quite often when needed) when you want to take a note, make a reminder or or say something to someone but it’s not convenient at that moment to finger in the message. What you gona do about such situation?

You use free dial-in note services. Here are three of them you can try. I did, they are all good!

Jott

A full service (free) dial-in service. You sign up, register your phone number and start use. When dial in, the voice will ask questions and you give answers. A interactive way of jott down note to yourself, jott a reminders, to a list, to some else, to a group, to a link. The link here is actually a list of web services(sites) Jott integrates to, such as Remember The Milk for to do list, to Twitter for your life stream, to a blog to publish, etc. The voice to text recognization is very good. My favorite one. All the message dialed to jott can be translated to text and send over to you via email or SMS.

SpinVox

Technically SpinVox does the same thing as Jott, voice recognization. You can make it a voicmail for a phone so that you can make the voicemail translated to text and send it to you via email or SMS. You can use to blast a group message.

Dial2Do

This is a new comer and almost identical to Jott. You can do the following critical tasks hands-free via voice:

Most of time when you need a dial-in note service, the task you want to do is very simple. Thus, any of the above will very well serve the need. If ask me, it’s just based on which site you like it better. As I said, they are all good. Enjoy it.
